What!?

That's right, we're running our little hedge fund aimed to throw money at problems!

Bounties aren't set to make anybody rich but provides that little bit of dopamine shot at the completion of a task valued by the project. Practically a bounty can be attached to anything project related but primarily they are to be tagged on issues.

For those familiar with BountySource's tag bounties it works pretty much the same way except the bounties are privately managed towards issues that ties up with goals and priorities within the project. The advantage with this is that these bounties can be managed instantly between issues and towards issues that are more realistically within reach of solving.

BountySource Salt is a funding program that takes monthly (or single) contributions towards projects and has RA Unplugged listed as a team. Contributions made there are added to the BountyPool.

SoScared's Twitch frequently generates revenue that are added to the BountyPool.

For legality reasons The BountyPool remains a voluntary, fanciful private money holding represented as a number, currently funded through revenue and contributions gained through SoScared's Twitch and BountySource Salt + some leftover funds from previous online sources. The legality of the BountyPool usually stands with the recipient. As long as the pay amounts stay low international tax declarations don't apply (US - $600).
