UPGRADE CLASSES
This version is a draft for the basic upgrade tech tree. It's purpose is to test the stability of the new feature and aims to enable more specific and refined changes with future updates. Its introduction will inevitably upset balancing between factions/countries but is a necessary first step towards a fully featured tech structure.
Upgrade production time/cost at 2,5x slower than default. $1000 worth of production represents 1 minute at Normal game speed.
Upgrades corresponds with Allies' Spy infiltration bonuses.
