At present, upload_to_zenodo.py's log messages are buffered usually until the script has finished. Flush so that we can see progress during the run. Probably it should be refactored to use a logger, but this is a small quick change for now.
Also add
analysis-runner analysis-runner --helptext for the one option that is currently missing an explanation. And bump the version number to reflect that and the small previous server/ar.py change in PR #735.
