We need to flush the messages printed just before doing a lengthy task, in this case `requests.put(...)`.

Followup to PR #738: We need to flush the messages printed just before doing a lengthy task, in this case
requests.put(…).The
Uploaded … bytesmessage will take care of itself, being flushed by the next lengthydownload_from_gcs()task (if any).No need for bumpversion here, as this affects only a separate script, not core analysis-runner.
