• Agreement updates
  • Past deadline for getting input on edits to agreements; not looking for additional edits
  • 10% increase in fee if payment is late clause is suggested to be struck from agreement
    • Prefer for every agency to have same agreement
  • Joe will send final agreements with deleted clause; will send via pdf and word and will send via docusign for agencies who request it
• Website migration
  • All material on AMPO website is being transferred to new website
• New transition agreement is being developed
• MoMo session
  • 3 ActivitySim related presentations were accepted but put into separate sessions
    • WMCOG has presentation on new ActivitySim model
    • SANDAG has presentation
    • ARC has presentation on ABMs (in general) on air quality analysis
    • May be another one
  • Suggest discussing status of implementation by various agencies
  • Will get full list and decide after reviewing
• Other agencies utilizing or about to utilize ActivitySim
  • Encourage nudging agencies to join consortium
  • Tiered membership should be on table for consideration, but after we get through transition to Zephyr
• Barriers to entry
  • Suggest we need more training materials
  • Note - some agencies are moving away from ABMs
  • May want to consider ActivitySimple
    • ORDOT is or will do something internally, but larger effort is not underway
    • Suggest adding it to Roadmap

Technical

• Roadmap: Management Plan Review
  • WSP is asking agencies about desired level of participation in management and technical tasks, and type of meetings (admin vs. technical) they prefer to attend
  • Joe is going to think through what is working and what is not working
    • Does think regular "All Hands" meetings is working
    • ARC thinks current structure of meeting twice a week is working well
