High Level Project Objective

To develop the Tractive System Active Light (TSAL) that can change its output function depending on HV input.

Purpose of the Project

The TSAL is an indicator of safety around the vehicle, showing the user if HV is active or not.

Deliverables

  • High level system block diagram (blocks within TSAL, and also how TSAL interacts with rest of vehicle)
  • BOM for all components in TSAL
  • Schematic of TSAL
  • PCB for TSAL (2 layers, within 100mmx100mm)
  • Mounting to roll hoop integration with mechanical team (thx gurmesh)
  • Documentation on functionality and features
  • This is a High Voltage PCB, a document must be created with screenshots demonstrating all the HV isolation rules followed
