NOTE: This requires the switch to
pulp-linuxand the merge of this PR: https://github.com/pulp-platform/pulp-linux/tree/paulsc/cmos. It ensures that CMOs for IO consistency work as expected, which is required for USB not to break and future peripherals to work as expected / desired.
