Add Ory provider

☕️ Reasoning

Adds support for Ory.

Ory supports two ways to run IAM - self-hosted or as a managed service. This PR adds a provider for the managed service and separates the managed provider and the self-hosted provider.

We can optionally also deprecate the OryHydra provider as it is incorrectly named and replace it just with the Ory provider.

this is not stale, just waiting for a review - do you still want to add this tutorial to your documentation or should it be kept outside of nextauth?

I think this would make things easier for a lot of folks who want to use next-auth together with Ory. If there is a reason you would not want this Ory provider that I am not aware of, please let me know and I will back off.

Bump. Don't mind me, I'm just looking into using Ory with Auth.js and I stumbled on this PR. Any chance for this to get merged or maybe there is a new thread about this?
