Summary of changes:

  • Keep only LCG workshop in 'popular' tab
  • Deprecate old template RNAseq workshop
  • Use 'RNAseq experimental design' for new template copy by susansjy22, keep this one only in 'transcriptomics' tab

@egmg726 I was looking at https://melbournebioinformatics.github.io/intro-to-rna-seq/ compared to https://melbournebioinformatics.github.io/rna-seq-counts-to-genes/ and I think we should only keep the latter. It is more complete and has far more examples. Let me know what you think.

I mostly agree, but I think there are a few points in there about total RNA and ribosomal RNA which may be useful. Not sure about deprecating just yet but might be helpful to get some numbers about how many visits this page gets.
