_Sets volume level for text synthetizing _

Syntax:

synth_set_volume(vol)

Argument	Description
int vol	The volume power percentage

Returns: void

Description:

This function will set the volume power, it can be set anywhere within a 0-100 range, allowing for a large variety of levels.

Example:

synth_set_volume(50); 

The above code will set the speaking volume level to 50%.
