• Add rocm 6.4.3 and 7.0.1 versions to llnl-elcapitan done in Add newer rocm versions #1174
• Remove a majority of our repo/raja-perf in favor of upstream for future maintainability
• requires updating spack-packages tag
• blocked by Bump spack-packages version #1186
