Several dashboard changes

Motivation

Grafana dashboards needed reorganization for better usability, especially separating storage metrics by backend type.

Proposal

• Split storage dashboard into rocksdb and scylladb sections
• Reorganize panels for better logical grouping
• Update panel queries for new metric names

Test Plan

• Import updated dashboards to Grafana
• Verify all panels render correctly
• Check data is displayed accurately

Release Plan

• Nothing to do / These changes follow the usual release cycle.
