NPC_GeneSignature analysis

1. Data folder contains all datasets used in the manuscripts, including NPC-0501 (Microarray), QEH (Nanostring) and SYS (RNA-seq)

2. All scripts used for analyses in the manuscript were included in "NPC_geneSignature_wholeWorkFlow.ipynb" file
