Remove deprecated yaml import from OTP integration

Breaking change

Remove yaml import that was deprecated with a 6 months grace period and scheduled to be removed in 2025.1

Code changes look good to me, however it appears that documentation may be missing for these changes. Would it be possible to add more details for the PR description and update the documentation on home-assistant.io since this is a breaking change?
