Need to check if all issues have their Google Folders and shortcut links

Overview

We need to make sure that all the issues in the knowledgebase content repo have:

1. links to the Google Folder
2. shortcut to the appropriate folders

Action Items

• find issues in knowledgebase content repo
• go through all issues to make sure they have links to their Google Folders
• check the labels to see which CoP the issue is relevant for
• if there is a label "CoP label checked", then Bonnie and France has checked the CoP and it is in the right CoP
• if there is a label "CoP label: checked needed", then Bonnie and France has not yet check if all the CoP label is correct
  • do not worry about making shortcuts yet
  • do make sure that the issue have the Google Folder linked in description
• if there is a label "CoP folder shortcut needed"
  • make sure that the issue have the Google Folder linked in description
  • make sure that the shortcuts are in all the relevant CoPs (check the labels to see which CoPs need the shortcut)
• please add a comment at the bottom of the issue you were working on that have shortcuts are added
• also add a comment to the bottom of this issue of the issue that you added shortcuts to
• when the shortcuts have been added, add the label "CoP label: shortcuts added" and remove the 'CoP label: folder shortcut needed' label from the issue
• for issues with label 'CoP label: remove folder', then the issue needs to have the folder removed in the Google drive
  • please comment here and in the issue itself that the folder has been removed in Google drive
• for issues with label 'CoP label: remove shortcuts', then the issue needs to have the shortcuts removed in the Google drive.
  • please comment here and in the issue itself that the shortcuts have been removed in Google drive

• remember to add links to the top of the issue if they are going to be needed again.

• Your list above is missing Product repo. Please add that.

• Please go through CoP folder shortcut needed since I can see that shortcuts were not made in the google drive folders (example: Create a Guide/Template: How to Peer Review a Draft Guide knowledgebase-content#146 and Create a Guide/Template: How To Move a Commit to Another Repo Using Cherry-Pick knowledgebase-content#130) I only checked these 2 issues. Please go through all of them with the label "CoP folder shortcut needed"

@fchan218 I just went through all the Product issues, and all comments are cleaned with the Google folders link in the Description.

@Aditya23soni can you go through this list of issues (both open and closed) and double check to make sure that the shortcuts are added. if the shortcuts are added, then add the label 'CoP label: shortcuts added.' If you see the label 'CoP label: remove shortcuts' or 'CoP label: remove folders' in the closed issues, then do not touch them. we will work on that later.
