Overview

Bonnie needs to check the issues with the label:"CoP label: check needed" so that she can correctly assign the CoPs, which will let the team members know which issues need shortcuts.

Action Items

• if the issues have the label "CoP label: check needed", then check the CoP labels
• make sure that the CoP labels are all correctly assigned to each issue
• when CoP issues are checked, then:
  • remove the label: CoP label: check needed
  • add the label: CoP label: checked
  • if you have added cops - add the label: CoP label: shortcuts needed
  • if no new cops have been added or removed - add the label: CoP label: shortcuts added
  • if cops have been removed (except ui/ux) - add the label label: CoP label: remove shortcuts
• Bonnie will need to reach out to team members that she has added the label "CoP label: checked" and "CoP label: shortcuts added" by adding comment to Need to check if all issues have their Google Folders and shortcut links #198
