• Fixed bug where the seed specified on the command line was ignored. -- Problem was that the time_rng test sets the seed (randomly) itself.

• Updated Fill Tree 2 target with exact computed target. In testing it, I found that the Chi-Squared test failed before the computed target failed. So, I updated the test to a g-test with correction.
