docs: update GPU compatibility for CUDA 13.1 and standardize installation guides

  GPU requirements

  • Created gpu-requirements.md as a reusable snippet included across Linux, PVE, and LXC install guides
  • Updated supported GPU requirement to NVIDIA Turing architecture or newer, reflecting CUDA 13.1 and the open-source driver requirement
  • Updated NVIDIA driver to 590 and CUDA version references to 13.1 in install-linux-docker.md and install-windows-docker.md
  • Updated egpu.md and help/installation.md FAQ to reflect the new requirement and clarify consequences for unsupported GPUs

  Install guide standardization

  • Aligned system requirements structure across all 10 install guides: consistent headings, bold specs, wording, and SSD warnings
  • Added ## Before you begin section and Linux Docker image option to install-olares.md
  • Removed redundant SSD warning from macOS guides; added missing CPU spec in install-mac-script.md
  • Condensed the "Having trouble?" reusable block to a single sentence
