Remove duplicated addParameterMarkers while using SQLStatementCopyUtils.copyAttributes(...) and add unit tests for associated situations

• addParameterMarkers is duplicated in some cases
• add unit tests for SQLStatementCopyUtils.copyAttributes(...)
