killsColShieldStartetc.In the current version of the autosplitter, Colo wave autosplits won't work properly if you've killed the relevant enemies after starting the run but before starting the Colo. This PR is an attempt at fixing that, but it needs more testing and probably some tweaks to fix bugs I expect to find in testing.
