The skip to main content link is not working and always links to the main id="content" for the homepage. Video shows user on about open referral UK page then is directed to home when clicking skip to main content.

@yemijaiyeola this is not working as expected. If you tab to skip to content, hit enter then tab again you are expected to focus within the link within the main area but the focus lands on the logo.
