馃敟 What's New in This Release

1. Altitude 0: The Frontline Enablement Layer (9 New Agents)
We have added 9 autonomous translation agents designed specifically to eliminate the go-to-market and operational busywork. These agents do not invent strategy; they act as downstream translators.

  • The Workflow: The OS silently reads your completed PRDs and instantly generates perfect, audience-specific artifacts.
  • The New Titans Include: release_notes_writer.md, support_faq_generator.md, change_management_comms_writer.md, stakeholder_announcement_drafter.md, and multiple highly-specialized LinkedIn/Social launch drafters.
  • The Zero-Hallucination Guardrail: Because these agents only read_file from your approved PRD, they are physically incapable of promising features that engineering didn't actually build.

2. The Venture Pipeline (Stage-Gate Routing)
The 12 Venture Strategy playbooks are no longer standalone tools. We have introduced venture_pipeline.md, a strict, algorithmic stage-gate that governs macro-level product decisions.

  • Gap Routing: The OS now cross-references your Vault. If you try to build a GTM Playbook but haven't validated your TAM, the OS will flag the strategic gap before proceeding.
  • Score Gate Graduation: You cannot move from Macro Strategy to Feature Execution until the OS calculates your Overall Industry Attractiveness score. If the market is structurally flawed, it forces a pivot-or-kill decision.

3. Expanded Intent Routing
The Orchestrator's intent_dictionary.md has been upgraded to support the Frontline layer flawlessly. If you ask for a "LinkedIn post," the OS will deterministically clarify if it's for B2B Enterprise, PLG Velocity, or Executive Comms before deploying the exact framework required.

  • The 3-Altitude OS: The Last PM now officially operates across three distinct altitudes: Venture Strategy (Macro), Initiative Craft (Execution), and Frontline Enablement (Translation).
  • Mandatory System Update: To unlock the Frontline Layer and the new Venture Pipeline logic, you must update your .cursorrules or Claude System Prompt with the latest LastPM.md text.
