This release fundamentally changes how The Last PM handles memory. We have eradicated context collapse by introducing the Canvas Architecture—a centralized, auto-updating "Brain" that ensures every agent operates from a single, unified source of truth.

We have introduced a suite of persistent Markdown files that sit at the root of your Global Context. Instead of typing out your product's baseline every time, the Orchestrator now silently reads these files before executing any framework.

The new Canvas files include:

• product_vision_board.md: The core identity and technical constraints.

⚙️ How It Works: The New OS Logic

1. Phase 0: Product Context Lock
The OS now begins every session by silently checking your /01_Global_Context/02_Product_Context/ folders. It automatically locks onto your active product or prompts you to select one if managing a multi-product portfolio.

2. Phase 2d: Silent Enrichment
Before asking you for inputs, the Orchestrator checks the selected agent's domain. It then silently loads the exact Canvas files needed for that specific framework. If a canvas file already contains the data the agent needs, it is marked as [auto-loaded] and you are never bothered to type it out.

3. Phase 4.5: Vault Context Sync (Auto-Updating)
This is the true force multiplier. When an agent finishes a framework (e.g., the aha_moment_definer), the OS immediately triggers Phase 4.5. It checks the new canvas_sync_map.md, extracts the newly defined metric, and asks: "I just defined Activation Milestone. Save this to growth_and_metrics.md?" If you accept, the OS automatically writes the update to the Canvas.

We replaced the generic raw data folder with the new 00_Intake_and_Backlog Drop Zone, creating a seamless PRD automation pipeline.
