Some changes requested from initial review but also want to understand @greenhsu123's perspective on including this as alignment to the measurement principle. It doesn't have an impact on the SCI score so I'm not sure if it is relevant or not.

@dubrie @greenhsu123 I agree that it does not impact emissions directly, however from several customer experiences tagging is still not implemented by default in projects.

The intention of a pattern is when applied, the carbon emission of the tech is reduced. If a pattern does not directly impact the SCI score, should we consider realigning it to have a direct impact or not include it in the current iteration of the patterns catalogue?
