Run clang-format on drmf/ and drsyscall/ files.
ext/drsyscall/table_linux.c and ext/drsyscall/table_linux_ioctl.c required manual editing after setting "ReflowComments: true" in .clang-format does not break the comments at 90 columns.
Remove drmf/ and drsyscall/ files from vera++ test exclusion list.
