Added

Restricted free use license. The point of this is to ensure that CG built applications are free to use on the Hospital side of operations

This version is a

MAJOR - when you make incompatible API changes
MINOR - when you add functionality in a backwards compatible manner
PATCH - when you make backwards compatible bug fixes or documentation/instructions
