Description
This tweak was doing a lot of unnecessary extra work, so I simplified it to the bare essentials. There is very little else that can be done to further disable telemetry beyond this.
Disabling the related Scheduled Tasks is not necessary. None of them run once telemetry is disabled, I verified this.
