[NEW F18] Electrical Team

The electrical team is in charge of the Low level software and electrical system onboard the buggy. This means that the we handle steering, braking, radio, and sending sensor readings to high level software.
We currently operate two buggies, NAND and Transistor. Transistor is controlled by an arduino mega, while NAND is currently running on the same system as Transistor, but we will transition it over to a more modular CAN bus system with a LPC11C24 board for each of the subsystems.
