This pull request is for adding Pascal's modifications to the Response generator. There are now 2 options for the parametrization of the response :
abs(default) for absolute is the current param i.e Ei, Nu, Lambda, Em, Phi, Psi, Chi, Sigma, Tau, Distancerelfor relative is the new param using Ei, Nu, Lambda, Epsilon, Phi, Theta, Zeta, Sigma, Tau, DistanceMore details on this new parametrization can be found in Israel's presentation
