Fundamentals

The principal purpose can be to provide a platform that will assist in the global coordination of progressive reform entities and groups, who can come together to form a global plan for reform. By "progressive" I refer to optimum use of resources and technology for the benefit of the citizens of the world. This includes reforms in food production and distribution, within a resource distribution economic system that levels the playing field, where all can benefit from all that is generated.

The platform shall consist of a method of communication and software that is free from external tampering, and transcends political frontiers, with multi-language quick (even if rudimentary) translation system embedded in the software. A P2P system, where anyone can install the basic software in their computer, and share in housing any database that is needed, where the destruction of any single node or nodes, will not affect the remainder of the network. It should probably include embedded into it various global messaging systems, such as Skype, QQ, Yahoo Msg, MSM msgr. Communication protocols should include methods of automatically taking care of qualifying information, that will make it unnecessary to employ "monitors" or watchdogs to evaluate the information. Individuals evaluate the information and grade it for their own purposes, and can eliminate what they don't want, and move up the priority things they want. It should allow for groups and subgroups on different types of project, in different spheres of Operation, with overlaps as necessary for improved coordination.

Discussion can only be initiated based on adequately studied topics, supported by properly expressed white papers which show the need through the use of the Scientific Method.
In defining further, it is clear we do have several areas of operation to provide a foundation. This is mostly grunt work, and once we can agree on the fundamentals, we can then open the process to others.
