The content directory is supposed to be the GameROM root (in other words, the parent directory of Actor, Pack, System, etc.) It is not the Wii U title directory. Could you confirm you are using the correct directory? |

Oh yeah, I was using the title directory. I got confused by the examples I guess. Thank you. |
