Minor changes to API including revision to how staff roles and emails are handled with a swap to the VATUSA email system. Temporary edits made to the ATM role for testing (Sadly, removing JW from the roster has been an issue, this should correct it.) UI changes will be addressed on that branch. Changes to how the activity requirements is handled were also made (Per quarter instead of 60 or 90 day intervals per GCAP.)
