Now Jenkins will run
go generatewhich will cause the swagger docs to be generated in/swagger. This hopefully addresses #8. This PR is based of @cs-499243's original work but just wanting to get this merged sooner. It also differs by not checking it's dependencies when building the docs which saves what looks like 43 seconds of build time.
