This release fixes an x86_64 problem, and adds some new functions:

• listen() -- Monitor the window manager for changes to windows.
• set_win_decor() -- Manipulate window decorations via _MOTIF_WM_HINTS.
• get_win_type() -- Return the _NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE of a window.
• get_win_frame() -- Return a window's frame dimensions (borders).
