CHB-MIT pipeline

Add the CHB-MIT pipeline with some additional features.
In summary:

• Extracted some of the hard-coded variables (e.g., dataset path) as config.ini, since most likely that part should be different for different users, which should be managed in different files
  • You can prep config_test.ini if you need to contribute but are unwilling to share the local directory structure.
• Updated requirement.txt with some package version
