Renovate runs at 05:13 and 05:43 UTC instead of every 3 hours (open on the first, merge on the second), the push-to-main trigger is gone, and jobs that do not build an amd64 image run on ubuntu-24.04-arm.
Included Actions minutes are consumed by list price, so arm stretches the quota by 17%.
