adds support for: Parallelism, Cancellation, OutOfOrder frameindex, Direct Frame Buffer and Transparency
notes: please check the code I've moved to freeEverything, I've had to comment it to prevent crashes from double free calls, because the EGifSpew/EGifCloseFile seem to already free that data. Also the looping doesn't seem to work on windows photo viewer, even when other gifs can.
