Hi there, I am Chen-Rui Xia!

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Teichmann Lab at the University of Cambridge. I received my PhD from the Center for Bioinformatics (CBI), Peking University, in 2026. My research focuses on developing deep learning methods to decipher single-cell and spatial omics data.

Recently, I have been particularly interested in spatial omics data modeling, including multi-slice integration and spatially aware representation learning.
