  This is proposed to be a major uplift of the XBIM Essentials toolkit and upstream repos, consisting of a large number of fixes currently in the `develop` branch, but also some more fundamental .NET framework changes, nuget packaging changes, performance uplifts coming from the XBIM Team. This should finally deliver a backlog of fixes sat in develop into a master release and official NuGet packages.
