我還沒有仔細看，不過有些是可以先改的：

連結要是中文版的，就算還沒有翻譯。也就是說以 /en/ 開頭的站內連結都要改成 /zh-tw/ 開頭。

anchor 也要是中文版的。它是由標題轉換成的，把標題的空格換成 - 就能得到指向那個標題的連結。這個有點難判斷，所以我會在下面指出來：
