Added bindings for stacking options
Impact upgrade from wicket-6.8.0 to wicket-6.20.0. Changes in wiquery and wicket stuff brings new version of Jackson (2.3.1) that required some migration.

Theres is only 1 of the 4 commites that are of any interest to you: 1c58c6f
Others are only for chaging the version in the pom, update the .gitgnore for m2eclipse plugin settings and antoher eclipse property only referring to encodings in folders other that src/main./java
