.webp support... except thumbnails for animated webp because PHP doesn't support that even today (2025-01-15)
placeholder images for missing thumbnails (like for animated webp)
thumbnails for .mp4 and .webm video files
fix permissions for .php files
add an instruction to README.md for the missing thumbnails dir & making it writable
