I completed a technical review (code + functional check) and it looks good.
The following PR are going to apply the following changes:
- Major - Deprecation - Download link v1 - HTML pattern was refactored - Require to change makup on existing download link component
- Major - Deprecation - Site footer v9, v10 - Few links was revised - Require to set the expected links in the site footer component
- Minor - Template (Moderate use) - Ministerial - Deprecation of the preceeding pattern. - Requested change was coordinated by DTO, PCO and PP, no further authoring action required
- Patch - Template (Limited use) - All services - Deprecation of a preceeding pattern.

- Content change - Topic template
