Generates version information from git and embeds it into *.uf2 binary:

➜ picotool info picoboot.uf2
File picoboot.uf2:

Program Information
 name:         PicoBoot
 version:      v0.4-beta1
 web site:     https://github.com/webhdx/PicoBoot
 description:  RP2040 based modchip for Nintendo GameCube

It also produces src/version.h with version definition for future use.
