I forgot gh-pages are not served from the root. This seems to work locally.

Tested with

BASE_PATH=/out npm run build
BASE_PATH=/out npm run export

Then tested with npx servez and went to https://localhost:8080/out

That worked.

Also tested npm run start. That worked.
