ScalablePCP v0.2-alpha

This version reduces UI overhead for controls and adds user documentation for large vis as well as contains intermediate link to the synthetic test data set.

Initial release for the paper "GPU Accelerated Scalable Parallel Coordinates Plots".
Missing link to synthetic dataset. Further this version still works on the old backend and has some performance drawbacks as well as unclean code.
