Anomaly-Aware 3D Segmentation of Knee Magnetic Resonance Images

This repository contains the manual segmentations and the cross-validation data splits used in "Automated anomaly-aware 3D segmentation of bones and cartilages in knee MR images from the Osteoarthritis Initiative" [1]. Note that this work also used the OAI ZIB dataset from https://pubdata.zib.de/.

The new manual segmentations added here consist of segmentation labels for:

1. Femoral bone
2. Femoral cartilage
3. Tibial bone
4. Tibial cartilage
5. Patellar bone
6. Patellar cartilage
7. Femoral bone lesions
8. Tibial bone lesions
9. Patellar bone lesions
