Implemented DRG simplification

This version includes a raw DRG simplification manager. This will be strongly modified in the versions to come so any use of the functionality in other projects cannot be fully supported. The main modifications will be in the way simplified mechanisms are stored and in the assembly of state space databases.

First release

This release comprises constant circular cross-section PFR's under isothermal, adiabatic and imposed wall temperature conditions.
