Just checking..
Does NOTE-WD in the context of W3C, correspond to something like https://www.w3.org/policies/process/#draft-note , https://www.w3.org/standards/types/#x2-5-1-draft-note or was something else intended?

Yep, Bikeshed uses "NOTE-WD" for the Draft Note status. |

I've asked @marcoscaceres for a review to confirm that the current state (with #30 merged) matches his request from https://github.com/w3ctag/meetings/blob/gh-pages/2025/09-Hong-Kong/09-17-minutes.md#agreement-to-publish-it-as-a-draft-note-and-echidna-it. Then I'll merge this, but Echidna publication will fail until @ylafon has manually published once. I believe there's a publication freeze for TPAC, and that we've already entered it, so the manual publication will be after TPAC, which is fine. |
