Redesign of Navigation

The subsection title is now inside the list as the first item, we don’t use “Overview” anymore. Needs changes to navigation.yml in all repositories that have independent navigation.yml files (the majority).

Creative Commons

Added ability to specify Creative Commons license in the front matter by setting license: creative-commons
